This cordial is a powerhouse for the heart; soothing and bolstering, opening and protecting.

Hawthorn Heart Cordial features:

• hawthorn berries: hawthorn is a cardiovascular tonic that supports recovery from grief, sadness and trauma; strengthening the heart emotionally, energetically and physically

• rose petals: a calming ally for the nervous system

• hibiscus petals: deeply nourishing for the blood

I combine all of the ingredients for this cordial and then swish and swirl them for an entire moon cycle until they come together in a blend that is delightful for all the senses; rich red colour and a taste and smell that immediately feels like comfort.

Just a dropper full on the tongue makes me feel like I have settled deeper and quieter into myself. Alternately, for my sober folks, a drop can be gently rubbed into pulse or energy points on the skin.
