Condition of Goods
All Folklore Found pieces have lived a previous life before being found by me and then making their way to you. I always check for quality and longevity but please keep in mind that these are vintage and antique items; they will inherently have small flaws and imperfections that reflect their age and previous use.
Personally, I love this about them. If you don’t, I’m going to gently suggest that you look for newer items.
In the interest of creating happy matches though, I take numerous photographs of each piece so that you might study and really know your treasure before investing and will always, ALWAYS, disclose any significant wear or tear to a piece in the item’s description.
Returns
If you have any questions regarding your order or you wish to make a return, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing: folklorefound@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return of your item you must:
Return the item in the same condition as when you received it.
Return it with its original packaging.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and dispatch it to us within a further 7 days of us discussing the return.
Further:
Cost of postage for a return is the responsibility of the customer.
There is a 10% restocking fee that will be automatically deducted from your refund
Shipping
We ship worldwide!
All packages are shipped as tracked with Canada Post.
If you require or desire further insurance, please contact us at folklorefound@gmail.com prior to making payment so that we can create a custom listing for you to include the upgrade.
Customs
Duties and import fees may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and I cannot give you an estimate on the cost as it is completely outside my scope.
If you refuse/forget to pay and the shipment is returned to me, your refund will be minus delivery fee, my costs and a 10% restocking fee.
